-.- Really, HQ?

I got a reply from the ice/bridge thing. I told them how it's a waste of time jumping, and the people are lying about getting prizes when you break it. I talked to the kid of a programmer and he said it wasn't programmed to break or give you a prize.
Look at this dumb reply, though.

    I asked them the same thing and they replied in the same sentences! Now I actually think that they can't actually TYPE the sentences, instead they have to choose sentences, like limited type.
